Our firm is primarily a general consulting group, but we also have a few areas where we’ve gained a specific or unique set of experiences.
We’ve built a commodities group as we have many clients in various commodities businesses and clients that wish to vertically integrate. We have a product group to aid clients in new product development, new lines of thought, entering new markets with a product, or to get a larger market share with some new product strategies.
Real Estate has also been an area where we’ve been able to help with due diligence, property management, and advisory with a particular focus on the global investor.
It’s our jobs as strategists to become experts in a field that we’re involved into, so don’t take these areas of focus to think that’s all we do. Our general consulting overview may give you the best idea of our core competencies.
