Our real estate group works with a great variety of clients with different needs and objectives in the sector in the US and globally. Our work has varied from due diligence to international real estate advisory.
Our relationships and team in this segment are significant. We work with:
- Project Funding
- For projects over $100MM USD we are able to solicit funds from large regional banks as well as major investment banks and funds. Smaller transactions may be able to be funded by hedge funds or other sources.
- Due Diligence
- Evaluations of projects regardless of venue. A complete financial and economic evaluation of the project combined with physical inspections
- Compliance Auditing
- Review of current property and asset manager operations for compliance with contractual obligations. This can also include a property/site inspection.
- Property Management
- A separate group from our due diligence group is a property management group that has focused upon a variety of property management projects from residential, industrial to commercial.
- International Real Estate Advisory
- Evaluating and advising on real estate portfolios from an international exposure framework. Our staff maintains the ability to advise and bring projects to the portfolio from different geographical regions.
